Terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale dated 01/04/2026 apply as of 01/04/2026.
They may be modified at any time without notice. Customers are invited to review them before each booking.

These terms govern all services offered on the website chloro-fil.com by the company identified in the legal notice section (hereinafter “the company” or “Chloro’Fil”).

Booking process

1. The customer selects the desired service (adventure course, specific activity, package, etc.).
2. The customer chooses the date and number of participants.
3. The customer provides their details: last name, first name, email, and phone number.
4. The customer confirms the booking and proceeds to payment online or on site depending on the available options.
5. The booking becomes final upon receipt of payment.
6. The customer receives a confirmation summary by email.

Service description

The services are outdoor leisure activities.
Key features (minimum age, physical requirements, duration, level) are specified on the website and in the booking summary.

Pricing

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Chloro’Fil reserves the right to change its prices at any time,
but confirmed bookings remain at the price applied at the time of order.

Access conditions and safety

• Compliance with safety instructions
• Compliance with park rules

Access may be refused in case of non-compliance with safety instructions or staff rules.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be sent by email: adnsport65@gmail.com

• Cancellation up to 7 days before: full refund possible
• Late cancellation or no-show: no refund
• Cancellation due to weather or safety reasons: refund or rescheduling offered

Payment

• Credit card online
• On-site payment (cash or card depending on availability)

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.

Liability

• Improper use of facilities
• Failure to follow safety instructions

The customer is responsible for their behavior and that of any participants under their supervision.

Applicable law

Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded upon payment. The place of conclusion is the company’s registered office and the customer’s residence.
